In Asian regeneration philosophy there are so-called organ times. This system explains that our organs and body functions are particularly active at certain times of the day. The Evening Tea formula has been combined for the metabolism's evening organ times as well as for the overnight organ times. The aim is to stimulate metabolic function and to actively promote the body in its regeneration processes overnight.

The herbal formulas of the Asian regeneration philosophy are known worldwide. However, plants that primarily originate in Asia are often very unusual for our region. It is also true that what is best for self-regeneration is that which grows locally. For this reason, Dr Alfred Gruber has specialised in herbal remedies that combine Asian medicine with Western, mostly Swiss herbs. This has resulted in various tea blends, which are combined in yin-yang balance in accordance with the five-element theory.
Drink the Evening Tea from around 3 p.m. until shortly before going to bed. The herbal ingredients balance the typical disharmonies that arise during this time. It is advisable to stop taking in larger amounts of Evening Tea 1½ to 2 hours before going to bed. What tends to be its diuretic effect could make sleep restless. However, a cup right before bed is recommended.
